The material is not stiff and a bit loose, so the shoes stretch.
Fill your shoes with potatoes
This may be the craziest way, but it still works! Take a large potato, peel it, and shape the front of the potato to match the shape of the inside of your shoe. Boil the potatoes and let stand overnight. This will allow your shoes to stretch properly. However, this is not a big change.

The Ziploc Bag Trick
A great way to stretch your shoes overnight is to grab a zippered bag, fill it with water, and slide it over your shoes. Then put your shoes in the refrigerator overnight to freeze the water, expand the shoes, and open them wider.
Use this trick to tuck the Ziploc bag into a very narrow section of your shoe. These points increase even more as the water freezes and expands.
The Blow Dryer Method
One of the most common ways to stretch your shoes is to use several pairs of thick socks and a hair dryer. Doesn’t that sound crazy? Right, right, but the best part is that it works!
Put on two pairs of thick socks. Leather socks work. If your shoes don’t fit, take off one of the two pairs of socks. Then use a blow dryer to set the heat to medium, blowing in a hard-to-reach place for 20-30 seconds each time.
